UX/UI design

How can you really tell if you're dealing with a truly strong UX/UI design company, or just a bunch of people with a pretty portfolio? I look at design studios’ websites, and everything looks great, but how do you tell the difference between those who really think about user experience and those who just “draw interfaces”? Are there any telltale signs or questions you should ask before starting to work with them?

A good UX UI design company should balance creativity with usability. Too much focus on visuals can actually hurt the experience. I was researching this and came across uxagencydirectory, which helped me compare different companies. It’s useful to see how each one approaches design challenges.
