FTP-to-Google Drive Migration Without Local Storage
Downloading everything first and then uploading it to Google Drive isn’t an option — I’d run out of space instantly. Ideally, I’d like to move everything straight from the FTP server into Google Drive without touching my local drive at all. Has anyone actually managed to do this, or found a tool that could handle it cleanly?

I dealt with that same issue when I had to link an old ftp server google drive https://mac.eltima.com/ftp-to-google-drive/ setup for a client's migration. My drive didn’t have enough space either, so downloading wasn’t realistic. What ended up working for me was a method I found it let me mount the FTP server and Google Drive directly in Finder. Once both were visible side by side, I could move everything without storing any of it locally. It made the whole transfer way smoother and kept my SSD from filling up
