Condominium Management

Recently, our building started having issues with maintenance again — lightbulbs in the hallway take weeks to replace, the trash chute keeps getting clogged and smelling, and the elevator basically has a mind of its own. In the tenants’ group chat, everyone’s just complaining, but nothing really changes.

I decided to Google how professional residential building management is handled in places where things are actually organized. I came across a page with building maintenance services  https://citytowersinc.com/services/

It lists specific tasks that should be done if everything’s run properly: cleaning common areas, minor repairs, and keeping an eye on the building’s systems.

After reading it, I honestly wished we had at least half of that done here. I think I’ll bring it up at our next tenants’ meeting and ask the management company why things are so hit or miss.
